Novah LOY Consulting was founded by Mpho Molekoa in 2024 after branching off from Upbeat Recruitment. With nearly 13 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Management, and Recruitment, Mpho built the firm with one mission:


To change the way businesses and candidates experience recruitment by offering personalized, flexible, and transparent services. As a passionate leader, she brings unmatched expertise across industries such as Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, Finance, and Engineering.
